Cost:
Off Road Vehicle (One Driver) - $20.00 A Day
All Other Visitors - $10.00 A Day/Per Person
CASH only until further notice.

IMPORTANT:
ALL participants entering the TEXAS FLAT OFF ROAD will be required to sign the TEXAS FLAT OFF ROAD RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT in front of a staff member. A valid ID (preferably a driver's license) will also be required.
Minors (Any person under the age of 18 is considered a minor.)

ALL MINORS NOT COMING WITH A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST HAVE A NOTARIZED WAIVER FORM BEFORE THEY CAN ENTER!
Minors who arrive unaccompanied by parent(s) or legal guardian, and without the form, notarized, WILL BE TURNED AWAY!

-Texas Flat Off Road RULES:
-All visitors, riders, and non-riders must sign in at the CHECK IN -CENTER.
-All visitors, riders and non-riders, must sign a copy of the Waiver Agreement.
-All riders, under the age of 18, must have the WAIVER notarized and have it signed by a parent or guardian.
-No illegal drugs allowed on the premises.
-No firearms or weapons of any kind will be allowed on the Premises.
-Everyone rides at their own risk. Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your vehicle.
-No glass containers.
-Obscene, indecent and profane acts and language are prohibited!
-Do not litter!
-There will be NO toleration
