The First Annual "Joyful Noise Music & Mural Fesitival 2022" Will be held on Saturday, October 1st at the District Green in Downtown Biloxi. The Festival is FREE to the public!
Event Details
The Festival will first honor all victims who have lost their lives & those who have lost loved ones to an act of domestic violence here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The mission of the festival is to bring awareness on the issues of domestic violence within our Coastal communities & to bring forth and provide desperately needed resources to those who are suffering or surviving from a domestic violence situation or any form of abuse.
It is the "Keeping Keli Foundation's" mission to present the "Joyful Noise Music & Mural Festival" across the globe in the effort to eliminate & eradicate domestic violence completely through the simple acts of providing community education & resourses.
FESTIVITIES-
Festivities will include a full lineup of Live Music & a Live Mural Painting that will develop right before the eyes of all festival attendees to enjoy starting at Noon thru 8:30pm.
