Located in the small community of St. Martin, MS is Fort Bayou Brewing Company, the Coast’s newest locally owned microbrewery and brewpub. Our brewery, named after nearby waterway Old Fort Bayou, embodies the spirit of fun and relaxation this area is known for. FBBC believes in a serious brewing process, but don’t expect us to take ourselves too seriously. No pretentiousness here, simply brewing quality beer for the art and respect of the craft. Brewing since 1990, FBBC’s Head Brewer has seasoned his skills in California, Washington D.C., and England. By expanding on the brewing trends learned from other regions, our beers offer something for everyone.
